Jackdoe I agree with most of the stuff that you said. In every respect. But I kinda like choosing sides. You know you got the people who like all 3 companys. people who only like Nintendo, people who only like Microsoft, and people who only like Sony. I choose Sony.
I talked to a few guys at gamepsot and I mentioned that Lair has been getting mixed reviews. But he said the game is amazing and said you shouldnt listen to reviews all the time. Go rent it. If you like it buy it. The other two guys agreed. But I dont know. And ya Killzone 2 AI will be great when it comes out. This is like the 2nd game I want on my most wanted list. Behind Metal Gear Solid 4.
I would have to agree with you BIGPOPPAGUNZ. I have s feeling this could be either Sonys Halo or Sonys Gears. But we will have too wait and see how could this game actually is. But you guys should also check out www.Killzone.com They update often with news and info. But it will show up on here anyways. But you can also join and submit your thoughts for Killzone 2 on forums for the developers. Theres still 6-8 months too go on the game. So it should look good.
Maybe Sony will counter Halo 3 with another price cut. Im a huge playstation fan(Sony Fanboy some say) but Im not stupid enough too not relize that Halo 3 will sell 360s. Now im not saying this will effect Sony alot which it probably wont. But Im sure there are plenty of people thinking about buying a 360 for Halo 3.
Ive heard after the 60 gig PS3s are gone the 80 gig will then get a price cut down too 450 or 500 dollars. But something else tells me before this year is up Sony is going to drop the 60 gig too 450 or 400 just too get rid of them by the end of this year, and the 80 gig is going down too 500. We'll just have too wait and see I guess.
Actually its not going to hurt Sony at all. They havent lost anything from this. If Microsoft grabbed it as a full exclusive than that would be a disaster. Its funny when Xbox 360 die hards say its definetly coming to the 360 when it is not. And even if it did it would be 6 months to a year before released for it. And so far Kojima said it is still exclusive. And sont say its up to the publishers to decide what platform because Kojima is directing and producing this game on behalf of Konami along with Konami representatives. So what now??

From what I heard Sony is giving Konami support so that the game wont go multi-platform. I dont know if it is true. But it could be. Sony would be pretty dumb to let this one slip away.
Metal Gear Solid 4 wont be going to the 360. Well at least the main title wont. whenever they decide to release Metal Gear Solid 4 Sub-whatever, this title may go to the 360. But the one were waiting for now wont be going to the 360. This is coming from a MGS fan of course.
I completly agree with you goodganja44. PS3 will take over in monthly sales. And Im betting it even become the 1st hardcore console of choice eventually. Im really looking for Sonys AAA title Killzone 2. Dont call it Sonys Halo. Id call it a Halo Killer. But thats just me. Even despite all the good things I saw playing the game. But I dont have a 360 and dont plan on buying one.
